Refund & Return Policy

At SPARKLE ALIGN, we aim to make your experience as convenient as possible and ensure you feel confident when purchasing our aligners. Our policies are designed with customer satisfaction in mind.

  • Order Cancellation: If you change your mind, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, once the order is processed, cancellation requests for a refund will not be accepted.
  • Impression Kit: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for the impression kit.
  • Suitability for Treatment: If our team of experts determines that you are not a suitable candidate for our aligners, you will receive a full refund. This decision is made after reviewing your impressions and photos to ensure that the treatment will deliver the desired results.
  • Aligners: Once your order for aligners has been placed, returns are not accepted. However, if the aligners do not fit properly, we will fabricate new ones at no additional cost.
  • Treatment Results: If, after completing your treatment and following all the guidelines, you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us. Our team will re-evaluate your case, which will require photos of your teeth with your aligners from the final step. If approved, you may be eligible for additional aligners at no cost.
  • Refinement Request: You may request a refinement of your aligners. Price vary depending on the type of refinement request.

Refunds: All approved refunds are processed within 7-12 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
