- Add a second chewy on the opposite side, ensuring the aligner is on your arch with both chewies in place.
- Gently bite into the chewies until the aligners snap into place.
- Repeat as necessary to eliminate trapped air bubbles.
- Rinse your chewies and store them in your aligner case.
